After 20 years in the mortgage lending industry, I built my career around helping people navigate important financial decisions. One of the most rewarding parts of that experience was helping first-time homebuyers achieve their goal of homeownership. Along the way, I also gained hands-on bookkeeping experience managing my own books and providing bookkeeping support for mortgage brokers.
That experience showed me how important accurate, organized financial records are to making informed decisions and running a successful business. It ultimately inspired me to use my experience with numbers, financial documentation, and customer service to help other small-business owners.
